Type of Injuries – The client suffered fractures to his right ankle and left elbow which required two surgical procedures on the day after the accident. Although the surgeries were successful, the surgeon opined that the injuries predisposed the patient to post-traumatic arthritis.

Judge or Jury – With the jury trial pending the insurance company agreed to settle.

Damages Awarded: $145,000.00 which was the limits of the insurance policies.
