Useful Information – In this case we alleged that the cardiologist had failed to report all findings of stress test and the patient later suffered a heart attack and died. The expert testimony in the jury trial held in the Norfolk Circuit Court was that had the cardiologist properly reported all findings of the stress test his death might have been avoided. The Cardiologist called three different experts to justify his actions but the jury found in our favor. The jury’s verdict was overturned on different grounds but then the case settled.
